Role Overview
The Senior Performance Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and refining performance management frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business needs. The role drives the end-to-end performance cycle, provides expert guidance to leaders and employees, and partners across HR and business functions to build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review performance management policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Lead the full performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration sessions) in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance management practices, tools, and processes to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Oversee and continuously improve performance management systems and tools, ensuring ease of use and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Design and deliver training and workshops to enhance leader and employee capability in performance management.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities.
- Manage performance intervention cases, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and probation extensions, ensuring proper documentation and fair process.
- Track, analyze, and report performance management metrics (e.g., goal-setting completion, review milestones, and cycle compliance) to drive accountability and improvements.
Requirements
8 – 12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in performance management design, implementation, or evaluation.Exposure to Rewards / Compensation practices is an advantage.Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.Seniority level
