Operations Executive

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth business functions within the banking and financial services department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Manage and resolve corporate actions events (Mandatory / Voluntary) for US / HK / CN / SG markets. Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend improvements and enhance performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Support the development and implementation of new operational strategies and tools. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on operational performance. Assist in the onboarding and training of team members to maintain high service standards. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters. A successful Operations Executive should have : A strong background in operations, preferably within the banking and financial services sector. Proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements. Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the technology and telecoms industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, large organizational environment. A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal & written) to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts in China. What’s on Offer
