Responsibilities
Manage Full Set Account, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation. Perform daily accounting processes and manage general accounting and administrative tasks. Prepare and review monthly financial management reports and ensure timely submission during month end closing. Prepare and compile management reports and documents; be responsible for status updates as required for internal and external audit reporting. Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Bankers, Auditor and Trustees. Handle and submit SST. Ensure accounting records and systems comply with Group policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements. Maintain proper and systematic filing for all accounts related matters. Perform any task or project assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) or immediate superior. Qualifications & Experience
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience is an added advantage. Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently. Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
