P2P Procurement Support Operations Associate (Start ASAP)

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Negotiate favourable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers and third-party providers for goods and services procurement
• Maintain vendor master data in SAP ARIBA according to business unit requirements
• Support vendor master data maintenance enquiries and liaise with SAP FICO team as needed
• Assist supplier enablement activities on Ariba Network, including communications, data setup, and coordination with Ariba supplier enablement team
• Communicate internally with supplier relationship owners and externally with suppliers regarding enablement process
• Ensure vendors are prepared for Ariba Sourcing events and provide training on ARIBA Sourcing usage
• Support sourcing events through to completion
• Support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) including contract workspace creation, amendments, and ensuring sourcing process compliance prior to contract signing
• Handle general enquiries related to CLM
• Generate and customize reports and dashboards for business units using Tableau, and support report-related enquiries
• Update SNOW tickets timely to maintain accurate turnaround times
• Maintain up-to-date training materials for team use
• Assist new joiners with PSO service areas and participate in buddy system
