Sales Manager

Overview

Our company is the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese automotive parts manufacturer. Our clients include a wide range of companies, primarily automotive manufacturers (both Malaysian and Japanese) as well as machinery manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager or Sales Manager Candidate to oversee the Sales Department and lead the organization to achieve results personally as well. Responsibilities

Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.). Develop new business with potential clients. Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis. Overall management of the Sales Department. Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates. Additional Information

Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future).
