Key Responsibilities
- As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for :
- Preparing and processing all required import and export documents, including purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to gather complete and accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records of documentation and transactions.
- Supporting logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Resolving discrepancies or issues related to documentation in a timely manner.
- Continuously improving documentation processes for better accuracy and efficiency and ETC.
