Job Summary
Pandai Education is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand Pandai's reach across schools and educational institutions. The successful candidate will deliver impactful presentations, foster relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate the value of Pandai's platform. This role combines public speaking expertise, technical knowledge, and a passion for transforming education through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within schools, and educational bodies.
Achieve sales targets by promoting Pandai's platform
Audience Engagement
Adapt presentations for diverse audiences, including school principals, teachers, parents, and students.
Address audience questions, concerns, and feedback during Q&A sessions.
Stakeholder Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational departments.
Identify and nurture potential partnerships to drive Pandai's adoption.
Content Preparation
Collaborate with Pandai's marketing and product teams to ensure presentations reflect the latest features and messaging.
Customize materials such as slides, handouts, and videos for different audiences and events.
Feedback & Reporting
Gather attendee feedback to improve presentations and product offerings.

Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary : RM2,500 - RM3,500, plus performance-based incentives.
Flexible working hours with occasional weekend or evening events.
