Sales Executive / Sales Consultant

Job description

Identify and approach potential property owners and investors who require renovation services to increase the rental or resale value of their units.

Understand client objectives, budget, and basic renovation needs to propose suitable solutions.

Provide consultation on cost-effective renovation works such as painting, flooring, kitchen, and bathroom upgrades to enhance property value.

Communicate and present renovation proposals to clients, ensuring they align with investment goals.

Coordinate with internal teams (quotation, purchasing, and site team) to prepare accurate costings and timelines.

Maintain up-to-date records of client requirements, proposals, and project follow-ups.

Monitor market trends in property rentals and resale to advise clients on renovation strategies that attract tenants or buyers.

Follow up with clients to secure project confirmation and maintain long-term business relationships.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
