Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Juara Radikal Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Parit Buntar, Perak. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Oversee the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials to optimise efficiency
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to junior site staff
