Reporting To : Account Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily finance operations, including :
- Raising Purchase Orders (PO)
- Creating Delivery Orders (DO)
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Perform accurate data entry in AutoCount and ABSS accounting systems for all three companies, covering transactions from 1 January 2025 to present.
- Maintain and update : Finance database, Finance Summary (daily basis)
- Organize and manage the account department's filing system (digital & physical).
- Provide support for ad hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned by superior.
Data Entry Task Breakdown :
Input sales and purchase figures from 1 January 2025 – PresentUpdate and reconcile departmental petty cash balancesPost entries into the General Ledger (GL)Record bank statement transactionsRecord and maintain loan statement entriesAssist with other accounting-related data entry tasks as neededRequirements :
Diploma or Degree in AccountingProficient in AutoCount and ABSS accounting softwareAt least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance support rolesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and under supervisionFamiliarity with document filing systems (physical and electronic)Good command of Microsoft Excel and WordJob Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
