Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. This roles covers import and export activities, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination, ensuring efficient, smooth and compliant business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local and international logistics operations, ensuring efficient import / export processes and timely deliveries.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, port and customs authorities, and other logistics partners to facilitate the clearance and delivery of goods
• Prepare, verify and process all necessary documentation, such as customs declarations, invoices, packing list, HS Codes, bills of lading and certificate of origin.
• Tracking and updating the status of shipments, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the logistics process.
• Responsible for overall Warehouse inventory operation - Inbound : Incoming system data entry for Warehouse team to perform receiving ; Outbound : Outgoing system data entry for Warehouse team to perform picking & responsible for system charge out for both internal & customer system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system. Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of logistics-related systems and continuous improvement activities.
• Providing support and guidance to other team members as required.
