Job descriptionIn charge for the activities related to shipping operations include managing forwarding agent, shipping, custom clearance, import and export tax exemption. Coordinating with freight forwarder and scheduling of all export shipments. Coordinating with transporter and scheduling with local deliveries. To prepare Monthly Custom Report and submit to Malaysia Custom. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing and shipping field. Knowledge of LMW license, international shipping procedures, and export documentation will be added advantage. Knowledge of engineering parts and equipment sourcing. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good negotiation skill. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- To be responsible for the sourcing of raw / non-raw materials requisition.
- To ensure timely delivery of all purchases and meet timeline.
- To update market sourcing information, analyze the quotation and liaise with supplier negotiations for a reasonable and best price.
- To source for new suppliers when the need arises to achieve cost savings and perform assessments accordingly.
- Regularly evaluating supplier performance and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Closely cooperate with relative departments to handle supplier quality and delivery issues.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement documentation.
