Job Summary
We are hiring for multiple levels within our Accounting division — from Accounting Executive to Senior Accounting Executive — with available positions in Sunway Tower (Jalan Ampang) .
As part of our Accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, generating financial and management reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with clients, auditors, and tax professionals, contributing to smooth financial operations and meaningful business insights.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting Executive
If you’re a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of accounting experience, this is a great opportunity to build your accounting career and gain exposure to diverse industries.
- Prepare, compile, and analyze financial data including assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
- Record financial transactions accurately based on verified documentation.
- Complete full sets of accounts in compliance with local financial reporting standards.
- Prepare account schedules, bank reconciliations, and supporting documents for internal review, audit, and tax filing.
- Deliver timely and accurate accounting reports to clients.
- Monitor deadlines for audit, tax, SST, and WHT submissions, ensuring clients stay compliant.
- Assist in managing debtor collections and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the team in daily operations and collaborate to meet reporting deadlines.
Senior Accounting Executive
If you have at least 3–5 years of experience, this role allows you to take ownership of key accounting functions, lead process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decisions.Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions.Implement and enhance accounting processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.Guide and review the work of junior accounting staff, sharing knowledge and supporting their growth.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.For Executive : 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).For Senior Executive : Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MIA) is an added advantage.Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks, and strong in Microsoft Excel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and auditors.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.A proactive team player with a continuous learning mindset.Ready to take the next step?
