A global leader in the rubber industry is looking for a high-performing
Assistant Manager – Export Sales
to drive its international expansion by managing export accounts, cultivating distributor and customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to global trade standards. Job Responsibilities
Identify new export markets and manage existing accounts to meet revenue and margin goals. Handle pricing, contracts, and terms with overseas clients and distributors. Coordinate logistics and ensure accurate export documentation and compliance. Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues, and represent the company at trade events. Track performance, analyze market trends, and support strategic initiatives. Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. 4–6 years of export sales experience, preferably in manufacturing (rubber, chemicals, textiles). Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and export documentation. Willingness to travel internationally.
