Overview

Sales Manager – Business Unit Pharma (SEA). We are strengthening our presence and developing our Pharma / Nutra portfolio across the SEA region. Location : Kuala Lumpur. Candidates residing in Malaysia are welcome; no work permit required. Responsibilities

Expand and strengthen the existing customer base; maximize market penetration in Southeast Asia. Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan for the region. Identify and acquire new, relevant customers in the region. Manage pricing strategy; achieve sales targets; drive penetration of new products, growth and profitability. Support our network of customers and distributors in coordination with the Technical Competence Center. Develop new customers directly or with distributing partners, while supporting the existing customer base. Coordinate projects with the technical team. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharma industry, preferably selling Excipients. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends, manufacturing, development protocols, and formulation experience; technical background is a plus. Direct and practical sales experience with customers, including new market development. International experience is a plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; proven track record of over-achieving sales targets. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA a plus. Language skills : English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and / or German a plus. Willingness to travel and be on the road. Essential Functions

Coordinate with customers and distributors to deliver results for the Southeast Asia region. Support pricing decisions and product launches; collaborate with the Technical Competence Center.
