Job descriptionDevelop and execute business development plans in alignment with company goals. Identify and establish strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's offerings. Lead client acquisition efforts through effective sales presentations and well-prepared proposals. Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Develop and maintain an organized filing system. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including official letters and emails. Handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up. Manage customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given time frame, followed by effective resolution. Handle processes related to loan applications, grants, and incentives. Prepare, manage, and distribute all correspondence, notices, memos, and related documents. Actively engage in business development activities to reach out to clients. Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and building impactful employer branding content on social media and other online platforms. Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening and interviewing. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
