Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, payments,
Preparing and processing expense claims, and other accounting-related documents
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and presentations
Providing customer service support to clients and responding to inquiries
Performing data entry and general administrative tasks as required
Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Familiarity with standard accounting practices and procedures
