Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting and review contractual documents and dealing with contractual disputes and / or issues.
• Pre-qualification of contractors / suppliers, evaluate and recommend to Management.
• Liaise with Contract Manager for the whole process of tendering exercise involving of strategizing the tender packages, evaluating the suitable of a particular Form of Contract and specific conditions of tendering.
• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• In charge of tendering exercise, including calling of tender, review tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiate, finalize, and prepare recommendation report to Management for award of contracts.
• Prepare analysis and comparison on various proposals and reports.
• Preparation of interim claims for main-contractor and subcontractors.
• Prepare the submission for variation works.
• Prepare and review the Statement of Final Accounts.
• Prepare taking off quantities.
