Wednesday : Morning, Afternoon, Evening
Thursday : Morning, Afternoon, Evening
Friday : Morning, Afternoon, Evening
Saturday : Morning, Afternoon
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Expected salary : RM2,800 - RM4,000 per month

Site Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

Estimate project costs and keep track of spending

Handle contracts and paperwork

Measure completed work and check progress on-site

Manage changes to the project budget

Help with buying materials and hiring subcontractors

Keep records and follow regulations

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

3–5 years of experience on construction sites

Good with Excel and measurement tools

Knows about building materials and laws

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pays attention to detail
