Job Description :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, lead the marketing team, and align efforts with company goals and objectives
- Ensure business units objectives achieved through team members including revenue, marketing execution and creative delivarables efficiency
- Plan and oversee campaigns for book launches, sales growth, and reader engagement through events and partnerships.
- Drive online book sales through SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, live sessions and website optimization.
- Strengthen media relations, collaborate with bookstores and relates organisations, and secure PR opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure high ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while working closely with sales, operations, editorial, and production teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements :
