Job description

Industry : Pioneer in Smart Lock Technology products, include Smart Door Locks, Safes, high-security padlocks, CCTV and alarm systems, security doors and wooden doors, metal grills, and more.

We have multiple retail outlets (You May Choose To Apply for The Below Locations) :

Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
Desa Tebrau, Johor Bahru

Benefits and Perks :

Performers get rewards Basic + Monthly comm Work hard can earn up to 5-8k

Fresh grad basic salary will start with RM2800 + Monthly comm

Mobile phone & sim card provided

Petrol / Toll / Parking to customer site claimable

Medical coverage for eligible employees

Annual leave and other employment benefits as per company policy

Annual Bonus and Performance Bonus (Depends on individual and team performance)

EPF / SOCSO / PCB

Working hours : 5.5 working days

Job Responsibilities :

Understand our products and industry trends to effectively present solutions.

Generate leads through various channels and nurture relationships for repeat business.

Create and negotiate sales proposals, closing deals to achieve targets.

Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.

Job Requirements :

Proficiency in Mandarin, English and / or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with mandarin speaking client; security industry knowledge preferred.

Fresh grad are welcome

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.

Self-motivated team player with a focus on sales and customer relations.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
