Job descriptionPossess a degree preferably in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent, with at least 10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry. Required language(s) : English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels. Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs.

- Regularly review client accounts to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend service improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and technologies.
