We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to be based in KL. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a passion for building client relationships in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and target accounts within the APAC region Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events). Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with our client target client profile. Schedule meetings and product / service demos for the Sales team. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and activities in the CRM system. Contribute to the development of pitch materials and sales presentations. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions when required. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong drive may also be considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage. Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus. Why Join them?
