The newly established Performance & Controlling Manager will be supporting the DBS value capture process and managing the DBS cost rolling forecast and control for the Asia Service Delivery Center (ASDC). Monitoring and driving the performance of the ASDC, including cost management, productivity, SLA, RSLA, and KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
Performance and COST Controlling
- Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to Danone reporting system;
- Make sure the successful and timely closing of DBS cost, P&L and Cash Flow identify / push gap closing actions on time
- Analyze actual cost vs rolling forecast in different service lines and follow up with service lines for action plan
- Ensure accurate quarterly and annual landing
- Provide the clear analysis on rolling forecast and the risk and opportunity to Danone head quarter in regular financial review meeting
- Maintain & improve relevant allocation rules for cross-charging the costs to the corresponding parties including Danone head quarter and maintain the profitability level according to tax compliance requirement
- Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs.
- Supporting DBS SLA, RSLA and Integration Charter process
- Track KPI target in line with global strategy
- Coordinate and support DBS document review and update (Policy, SOP, WI) for DBS service line
About You
Bachelor degree, majoring in accounting or Finance related.5+ finance working experience with at least 3 years in business planning and expense controlCPA or ACCA is preferred;Good command of spoken and written business English;Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and PPT. Exposure to SAP R / 3 is preferredAbout Danone
