Job descriptionProject Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals. Client Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Team Coordination : Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Compliance & Standards : Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Experience : 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the AGV / AMR, robotics, or logistics automation industry. Experience managing projects in the APAC region is highly desirable. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of AGV / AMR systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and industrial automation processes. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
