Associate Team Lead, Payroll

Job descriptionEnsure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific (global) employment laws, and adhere to internal policies. Run payroll via SAP system. Reconcile work from PDA, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure payroll reports reflect changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver responsive, customer-focused HR solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members on related matters, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Participate in process improvement and projects. A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines. At least 4 - 6 years of working exposure or experience in payroll within SSC / BPO / MNC supporting multiple / different countries (preferred). Experience in leading / coaching a team Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage. Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT) Executive Full-time Human Resources Industries : Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting and Human Resources Services
