Assistant Production Engineer

Job Description :

Focuses on supporting the smooth and efficient operation of a production line. This includes monitoring production, ensuring quality, assisting with problem-solving, and contributing to process improvements. Handle administrative tasks, maintain records and collaborate with various sections.

• Observing daily production activities, ensure meet as per schedules and identifying potential issues that can affected production activities
• Participating in identifying areas for process optimization, and monitoring process performance, ensure SOP followed
• Maintaining in-line inspection procedures and investigating production-related quality issues
• Assisting with troubleshooting and root caused analysis of production problems, and documenting findings
• Maintaining accurate records of production data, compiling reports, and updating relevant documentation
• Assisting with stock counts, to ensure adequate items, tools, materials, packaging are issued / provided for production uses
• Other than quality, ensuring adherence to safety and environment regulations and procedures within the production environment
• Participate in implementing ISO Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001)
• Working closely with other relevant sections to ensure smooth operations, and accepting additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superior
• Need to perform Over Time when needed
