Specializing in advanced genomic, imaging, and analytical technologies, they provide comprehensive sales, application, and service support to empower scientific discovery and innovation through technology and expertise.
Lead and drive sales performance across assigned territories and product lines, managing key accounts and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts to achieve agreed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and applications teams to support sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Must-Have
Minimum MSc in Life Sciences or related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in scientific instrument sales.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience managing a sales team or distributors.Familiarity with genomic, imaging, or analytical instruments.Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel and manage accounts.Willingness to travel within the region.Self-motivated and a team player.Good-to-Have
