About the Role
A Partner Manager manages and grows partner-led sales channels by building strong relationships with Value Added Partners and strategic alliances. The role focuses on driving partner sales performance, revenue growth, and expanding partnerships across key sectors.
- Lead and manage our partner-led / indirect sales channels.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Esri Malaysia Value Added Partners and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage partner sales performance in a managerial capacity.
- Work closely with partners and advise on the go-to-market for partner-led accounts.
- Drive partner-sourced sales in accordance with company YoY sales growth.
- Drive the recruitment of partners for key company sectors.
About You
To be successful you will need to bring along :
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any related field.Between 8 to 12 years of related working experience.Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.Channel Development : Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the partner ecosystem for key Esri Malaysia industry sectors.Partner Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication, support, and performance reviews.Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.Training & Enablement : Collaborate with partner program team and solution engineering to provide partners with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively sell and support Esri products and technologies.Excited to learn more about you!
