About the Role

Quess is seeking a Remote Recruitment Consultant based in Malaysia to support our Singapore Talent Acquisition team in managing blue-collar and operational hiring across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing and coordination skills, experience in high-volume recruitment, and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely and high-quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and contract staffing roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Leverage various sourcing channels such as job portals, databases, social media, and referrals to identify suitable talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and the Singapore hiring team.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore Talent Acquisition team to align hiring priorities and meet client expectations.
• Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns and initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
