What would you be doing :

1st Layer – Create ad creatives

Research competitors’ ads, break down components, and hypothesize on each element.

Research ideas using social media apps and trending news in target country.

Develop concepts for ad creatives, copywriting, scripts for videos, and footage.

Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to bring ideas to life.

2nd Layer – FB / TikTok / Google ads marketing

Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.

Measure effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.

Execute campaigns via Facebook ads, traffic sources, Google ads, and other tools.

Prepare performance reports for management.

Experiment with new platforms and channels.

Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.

Monitor costs and return on investment.

Be available to manage FB campaigns during weekends.

NOTE : Heavy training will be provided for every single job task above. You are going to be learning from the best of the best.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

Creativity is prioritized over skill set for managing FB campaigns and analyzing data.

Committed and passionate about creating engaging creatives.

At least 1 year of experience managing paid social media advertising portals (or highly creative individuals willing to learn).

Decent understanding of advertising and marketing principles for online audiences.

Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.

Chinese fluency 8 / 10, English 7 / 10.

Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.

A passion for driving business growth.
