Associate Product Manager (B2B - Cargo Management)

Role Purpose

Pine Labs’ product portfolio touches millions of users every month. As Product Manager you’ll contribute to the consumer and payment experiences at Fave – guiding roadmap, and execution – in a high‑visibility, high‑autonomy environment. That means you need to do everything it takes to ship new features to achieve 0 → 1 and 1 → n growth.

Responsibilities

The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical, values great user experience, frets over details and great at prioritizing.

• Set and communicate roadmaps that balance user value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive discovery by running customer interviews, digging into data, and validating concepts with rapid experiments.
• Define requirements & success metrics in crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure we adhere to regulatory and security standards in the fintech and payments industry.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship delightful experiences on schedule.
