Job descriptionSalary range : RM2,800 – RM3,000 Competitive commissions & incentives Performance-based bonuses Clear career progression & professional development Medical claim up to RM1,000 per year (covers spouse & children under 18 years) Personal insurance coverage Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, especially in insurance and related industries. Drive outreach through cold calling, networking, and direct engagement. Build and maintain strong, long-term client and stakeholder relationships. Conduct market research to spot trends and expansion opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution. Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and outcomes. Roll up your sleeves to close tough deals, support campaigns, and hit ambitious targets. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (insurance background is a plus). Hands-on sales experience : cold calling, lead generation, and closing. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Self-starter with a "no excuses" attitude — gets things done with minimal supervision. - Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
