To work closely with the JMB / MC to achieve the objective of enhancing and sustaining the building's image and brand as prestigious high-end building.To plan, coordinate, implement and complete all activities involved in the management and maintenance of the common property on schedule and within the prescribed budget.To prepare, execute and complete planned prevention maintenance programmes for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.To carry out supervision and evaluation of the works done by building service provider, contractor and supplier.To attend residents' complaint and answering all enquiries professionally and tactfully.To manage and coordinate procurement processes for maintenance and management of the common property.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM6, RM7,800.00 per month
