Job descriptionDiploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales. Strong verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure. Basic computer literacy required. High earning potential – no limit on commissions! Comprehensive training to build your sales and product knowledge. Positive work culture with supportive colleagues and management. Position : Telesales Executive (Junior / Senior) Location : Mercu 3, KL Eco City (conveniently located next to LRT Abdullah Hukum) Salary Package : Basic salary up to RM3,500 (based on experience) + Attendance Allowance (RM300, T&C apply) + Attractive Unlimited Commission Scheme Start Date : Immediate
About the Role
We’re looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our growing telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you’ll connect with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to various banking and financial products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and get motivated by hitting targets and earning commissions, this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and promote financial or banking services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
- Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system.
