• Develop and execute annual strategies to increase card usage, transaction frequency, and spend per active card.
• Identify market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive insights to craft differentiated value propositions for cardholders.
• Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with global payment scheme to leverage funding, insights and partnerships for card usage growth
• Collaborate closely with marketing to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and spend uplift
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing usage team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, analytics, marketing, risk, operations, and technology to deliver seamless cardholder experiences.
• Represent the usage unit in management discussions and decision-making forums.
