Project Site Supervisor

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in managing and supervising construction sites (experience in handling multiple contractors / subcontractors and workers, especially aluminium field ).

SPM / Diploma / Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture).

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written, spoken, and read) is required. Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Independent with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and persuasive interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors effectively.

Good understanding of quality assurance standards and ability to enforce them on-site.

Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills and a target-oriented approach.

Computer literate (knowledge of project management software or MS Office is usually required).

Good written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude and responsible character.

Must be willing to work in the Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area and occasionally travel to project sites.

In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to implement site-specific safety protocols.

Flexibility to handle last-minute changes and adapt to new challenges.

Experience with managing project schedules and cost control (an added advantage).
