Talent Acquisition Specialist (focus in Sourcing and Mapping) – Abbott
Responsibilities
- Serves as a point of contact to deliver a best in class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday, including posting of requisitions via associated sourcing tools, offer management and hiring process completion.
- Provide 1st level CV screen on requisitions to TA specialists.
- Support TA Managers / Senior TA Recruiter in pipelining, market mapping and candidate sourcing.
- Ensure that all relevant communication to managers and candidates are sent out during the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and schedule interview dates with the hiring manager and candidates and check for room availability.
- Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
- Provide best in class brand sourcing support to TA Specialists via digital and social media tools.
- Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.
- Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities in CRM.
- Manage candidate interview sign-up process & prepare interview schedules; troubleshoot any problems that arise from on-site interviews.
- Ensure all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols completed including medical and reference checks for all new hires as well as psychometric tests and background checks when required.
Qualifications
University degree is desirableFluent English language skills is a must have.Any additional language is advantageousExcellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills;Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasksEffective communication and organizational skillsEnd to end recruitment process knowledge is desirableHR administration or scheduling experience would be a strong assetExperience working with recruitment technologies (Workday is a plus)Details
