Overview
You will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource functions with emphasis on recruitment, training & development, and general administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with company policies while providing support to management and employees.
Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment status updates.Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.2. Training & DevelopmentAssist in planning and executing annual training calendars.
Liaise with training providers, plants PIC, and ensure HRDC compliance where applicable.Track training attendance, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain training records.Support initiatives for employee upskilling, development programs, and succession planning.3. Payroll & AdministrationAdminister monthly payroll for the associated company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documentation for subsidiary / associated companies.Support HR processes such as confirmation, performance appraisal etc.Handle HR-related correspondence, memos, and reports.Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.4. Office AdministrationOversee general office administration including facilities, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and activities.Assist in travel arrangements, claims, and other administrative matters.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of administrative matters.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience.Familiar with recruitment platforms, HRDC processes, and HR best practices.Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR compliance in Malaysia.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30AM - 5.30PM)Work Location : Kota Damansara, PJ#J-18808-Ljbffr
