About the role

Sri Manisan Sdn Bhd / Hegner Asiaconnect (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven HR Executive to join our team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a full-time HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company's HR operations and initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Administer employee benefits, such as insurance, leave, and payroll
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and training programmes
• Provide support in employee relations, including addressing any HR-related inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives
