Head of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations & HR Governance
Job Responsibilities
- Track any changes and development in labour legislation and recommend policy updates
- Provide advice and guidance on matters related to HR policies
- Ensure controls are in place to prevent breaches of HR policies, internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure policies / process / operations manuals are revised and updated by the identified policy / process / operations manual owner for implementation according to the statutory and internal requirements
- Ensure policies / process / operations manuals are approved for implementation by the approving authorities
- Act as point of contact for audit, compliance and risk management related queries
- Assist in all disciplinary issues, staff misconduct and grievances, workplace complaints, etc
- Prepare and consolidate various reports for the Bank, regulators, control units and other stakeholders
- Review and edit all correspondences, proposals, management papers, etc. of Human Resource Department
- Assist in the talent acquisition and recruitment process whenever possible
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in law, industrial relations, employee relations, talent acquisition or HR business partner roleStrong knowledge in Labour / Employment / Industrial Relations law and HR practicesA good team player who possesses good working attitude, disciplined, meticulous, self-motivated with effective planning and organization skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills is a mustSeniority level
