Job description

Join SLB as a Field Engineer to drive energy innovation and manage field operations globally.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows :

Perform operations and manage wellsite performance.
Oversee field operations, including engineering design and maintenance.
Learn well construction processes and support on-site engineers.
Manage a crew and prepare wellsite reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

About You

Candidates should possess :

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related science.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Leadership and teamwork skills.
