Job descriptionSelf‑motivated, fast, and focused on design that drives results Obsessed with TikTok / IG trends, short‑form storytelling, and high‑performance content Fast‑paced, organized, and great at iterating based on performance feedback Mandarin fluency required – for crafting Chinese‑market campaigns and working with Mandarin‑speaking clients Tools : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CapCut , Figma , or equivalent Full‑time remote flexibility High‑impact work for well‑known brands across Southeast Asia Mentorship, career development, and potential relocation for top performers Be part of a bold, fun, collaborative team building standout creative work
What You’ll Do :
- Design performance-driven creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, and websites — including static graphics and motion formats
- Edit high‑retention short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts) that drive views, engagement, and conversions
- Build brand visual identities — from logos to full identity kits for businesses across Asia
- Interpret briefs into compelling content formats : carousels, vertical reels, key visuals, and more
- Collaborate with marketers and content creators to ship ads from idea to execution
- Support print needs like brochures, event banners, and posters
- Provide design mentorship and guidance when needed within the team
