Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Sales and Production Coordination :

Liaise with sales team on order confirmations, production timelines, and shipping arrangements.

  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Track status of goods, update sales and management teams accordingly.

Quality and Compliance :

Support enforcement and documentation of ISO22000 and manufacturing practices.

  • Assist in internal audits, corrective action tracking, and regulatory filings.
  • Reporting and Documentation :

    Prepare and maintain operational reports, including production output, shipment records and issue logs.

  • Translate and compile Chinese documents to English when require.
  • Process Improvement :
  • Assist in standard operating procedure (SOP) development and training.

    Administrative support :

    Handle procurement

  • Maintain document control and ensure version consistency across teams
  • Handle maintenance and repair of office assets.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies when necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ISO, lean practices, and export documentation is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand Chinese documents is an advantage.
