As the Senior Operations Executive , you will play a pivotal role in managing systems, supporting distributors, enhancing processes, and ensuring superior stakeholder satisfaction. Your responsibilities will align with RGCC’s mission of delivering innovative, personalized cancer treatment solutions, while contributing to the company’s growth.
This position is a critical role, essential to advancing RGCC’s operational excellence and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :
Systemizing Business Operations : Propose / suggest operational frameworks, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance workflows.
Distributor, Clinic, and Practitioner Support : Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved.
Revenue Reporting and Strategic Insight : Consolidate revenue reports and monitor KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
Technology and System Management : Manage platforms like HubSpot to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Doctor and Practitioner Onboarding : Facilitate onboarding processes and provide ongoing training to maximize engagement.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Financial Oversight : Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams, distributors, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication and Customer Experience : Drive stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Regulatory affairs : Ensure that all RGCC products are properly registered with the relevant health authorities and regulatory bodies where required, maintaining full compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations or a leadership role, preferably within a regional capacity.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers (spoken and written).
Ability and willingness to travel as needed .
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ready to take on complex challenges and contribute directly to RGCC’s growth.
