Your Role in VT Markets

As our Senior Global Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Compensation and Benefits Manager and be based in Kuala Lumpur, serving as the central hub for payroll management across our global footprint. You will work closely with regional HR teams, finance departments, and consolidate payroll into a global payroll provider to ensure seamless payroll operations across all VT Markets entities. This role is critical in supporting our rapid global growth, ensuring accurate and timely compensation delivery while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in multi‑country payroll processing, preferably in financial services or multi‑national corporations.
• Preferred experience working consolidating in‑house multi‑country payroll and outsourcing to global payroll vendor.
