Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

Perform accounting entry, supporting documents and payment. Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare bank reconciliations and perform data input, validation and filing duties. Assist with filing of accounts-related documents, maintenance of service records, and agreement records. Manage and support daily operation related administrative work. Prepare monthly journal entries. Prepare monthly reporting and update Cognos. Support year-end audit & tax report preparation. Liaise with suppliers and operations to ensure smooth execution. Handle ad-hoc assignments as required. Ensure compliance with RBA and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements. Participate in process improvement projects or exercises. Experience / Skill Required

Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949. Able to handle a full set of accounts (advantageous). Computer literate and good communication skills. Experience in a related role is an added advantage. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong integrity and good working attitude. About Nolato
