Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the entire token listing process, from initial contact through due diligence, deal structuring, legal documentation, token listing, and post-listing account management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and signings, coordinate operational plans, and ensure the successful launch of tokens.
  • Provide high-level client support, cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of token listing services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine and implement strategies aimed at increasing platform traffic, user acquisition, and revenue.

    • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry.
  • A degree from a reputable university, with a strong academic background.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex business relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a deep interest in the Web3 industry.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and deliver projects on time.
