Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst- Billing & Collection (Mandarin Speaker)

In this role, is responsible for high volume customer billing and submitting of billing with supporting documents using various delivery methods. These delivery methods would be including customer portals, email or on occasions mailing.

Billing Specialist is expected to resolve submission issues of medium complexity, provide requested invoices, credit notes, proforma invoices etc. and answer basic inquiries regarding the billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular manual billing
• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) monitoring
• E-invoicing (platforms)- manual uploading of Invoices
• Daily / Monthly Monitoring to ensure error free transactions
• Resolve billing related errors
• Billing standard activities
• Routine and period-end reporting
• Incident creation and analysis of the problem
• IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the ERP system
