Manage the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.
Trial Balance & Reconciliation
Maintain accurate trial balances and ensure supporting schedules are updated.
Perform regular bank reconciliations, supplier / customer reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Financial Statements & Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Provide management reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
Support annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
Compliance & Internal Control
Ensure compliance with MFRS / IFRS accounting standards and statutory requirements (LHDN, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain strong internal control over financial transactions and documentation.
Budgeting & Analysis
Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, with proven ability in handling full accounts management .
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS / IFRS) and Malaysian statutory compliance.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently under deadlines.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
